THIS HORN IS FOR SALE

This image was taken from an original by Albrecht Durer. I always loved the image and wanted to try to emulate the master. This is my interpretation of his work. The horn did not have a lot of mass in the neck so I did shallow Bas relief carving at the throat, added a turned antler collar and turned horn tip, which is pinned on with ivory pins.
